In serious need of updated fixtures and appliances, AC has broken twice in the two months we’ve been here. Thin walls, dog poop everywhere, pretty sure there’s mold in all the vents, and a dirty pool...I could go on. Definitely wouldnt recommend!
Don't bother, save yourself the energy and the hassle. They can't take responsibility for mistakes they make.
Place is a scam that added a bunch of overpriced random charges to my bill once I was out of the apartment
Communication from property management is terrible. Don't expect your deposit back no matter how clean the townhouse is. Fix things when asked. They are making a lot of changes to make them better. Some of the other tenants are Terrible and have no respect for others but that isn't the apt fault.
