Been living here for almost 5 yrs, I can say its really starting to improve, new roof being put on ,on all buildings, a little at a time is an improvement!!

Communication between customer and management has improved, but a better system on notifying residents on maintenance actions (arrival time, repair action, and projected repair time) via email is needed. Still a good option for lower budgets.
