The move in was fine. The only issue is that I still can't take a shower in my apartment cause it doesn't work. The electrical power cover is still sitting on the stove, the screen door is still ripped, and my refrigerator is wobbly. Not exactly what I was expecting for an apartment valued for $859 a month to be honest.
Absent property manager cealing leaks in the hallway broken issues in apartment. Overall this place is a dump
The hallway area in 301 has flooded every time it rains for the last 8 months. My A/C has been out for weeks and I was just given a portable A/C unit that’s loud as hell and struggles to keep my apartment in the low 70s. Several parking spots have been closed for over a year because yes? No one picks up dog poop. You also have to pay to was and dry your clothes here but the machines suck and tend to destroy clothes
I had fun visiting this apartment complex. The environment felt safe, fun, comfortable, and friendly. I even applied for an apartment - now waiting to hear back and hopefully we have a new home for this chapter of our lives!
