Been a resident for about 20 months. Communication between customer and management has improved, but a better system on notifying residents on maintenance actions (arrival time, repair action, and projected repair time) via email is needed. Still a good option for lower budgets. In serious need of updated fixtures and appliances, AC has broken twice in the two months we’ve been here. Thin walls, dog poop everywhere, pretty sure there’s mold in all the vents, and a dirty pool...I could go on. Definitely wouldnt recommend!
Don't bother, save yourself the energy and the hassle. They can't take responsibility for mistakes they make.
Place is a scam that added a bunch of overpriced random charges to my bill once I was out of the apartment
