Place is a scam that added a bunch of overpriced random charges to my bill once I was out of the apartment
Communication from property management is terrible. Don't expect your deposit back no matter how clean the townhouse is. Fix things when asked. They are making a lot of changes to make them better. Some of the other tenants are Terrible and have no respect for others but that isn't the apt fault.
Since we moved in last October we have had more things break down from our refrigerator to our Air Conditioner to our Dishwasher and Kitchen Faucet than is anywhere near acceptable or reasonable. There is a hole in the subflooring of our living room that the office manager has basically told us to “just live with” because “they would have to have a contractor come out to fix it” however the manager has made no attempts whatsoever to get it resolved beyond treating us like we are children. I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been a really good experience so far. I haven’t had any major issues, and everything’s been pretty smooth. I did have a loose shower faucet at one point, but I put in a maintenance request, and they came by to fix it within a couple of days, which I really appreciated. Parking hasn’t really been a problem for my building. It does fill up in the front later in the day, but there’s always plenty of space on the side, so I’ve never had trouble finding a spot.
