The hallway area in 301 has flooded every time it rains for the last 8 months. My A/C has been out for weeks and I was just given a portable A/C unit that’s loud as hell and struggles to keep my apartment in the low 70s. Several parking spots have been closed for over a year because yes? No one picks up dog poop. They don’t fix anything especially a/c during heat waves maintenance are poopy heads
I love living here! Was 5 stars. All of my maintenance requests are handled very quickly. It’s a nice property and I like my apartment. I feel safe here! And if you’re reading this, Jared, I really appreciate your help with issues in the apartment.
