Dr. Cotrell helped me find the right solution for my cat with a chronic disease. This practice provides a treatment plan with pricing up front. It's important to ask questions to understand all the options. Dr. Cotrell is very responsive and cares a great deal for all her kitty patients.
The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not have to wait long after my scheduled appointment. They encouraged me to switch my cats food to the food they sold, but there was no excessive pressure to do so and was open to helping me figure out the portion size to the food of my choice.

No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
they made time to see my cat on short notice and I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. However, they definitely push treatment and services which were probably not necessary, at least in this case- stool sample (unusually expensive), xray, blood draws. In short, I had a 14 y.o. cat with a cold, but I ended up paying nearly $400 by feeling guilty about possibly being a negligent pet owner. My own fault, but just disgraceful business methods.
