These people are so unprofessional and just hateful! Beware!!!
Rude and incompetent customer service .
Horrible customer service, clueless management, and a waste of money. To this day I have never received an email from this “management company” and have been in my development for almost a year. They are NEVER informative on anything pertaining to my development. Someone was painting on the outside of my home. To my surprise without any notice, they were lucky I didn’t shoot them! Called the company to explain what a management company “is paid” to do. (Basically keep residents in the loop) The lady didn’t even get the point... read more
