Tim did an awesome job! Showed up early for the inspection and was able to get it done in a timely manner, as well as a detailed inspection report!
Tim recently inspected our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism experienced before, during, and after the inspection. Tim was friendly, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process and I was very impressed with the detailed report provided afterwards. We used Tim for a pre-purchase inspection for a 99 year old house. He was super friendly and gave a very detailed (but realistic) report. He was very good about pointing out the critical items versus the "it's a nearly 100 year old house" items. He was always available for follow up questions.
