If you need anything done within a reasonable time, do not rely on the management office. Expect delayed email responses—usually at 6:00 PM when they’re leaving for the day—and the same excuse that they’ll ‘check with the supervisor.’ While the maintenance team is amazing and works hard, the management is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Really has been a terrific apartment to live in. Location is convenient, maintenance is great, and staff are attentive. This is also one of very few apartments I’ve stayed in that hasn’t asked/begged me to write a review — which is a main reason that I’m compelled to write this one. Interior of apartments are very nice, neighbors are all generally friendly, and community definitely feels very safe here. Clarification to previous post.. Windsor Chastain Apartments offered a Budget and Beyond: Mastering Your Money with Windsor, a financial literacy session. The information from the session was awesome. Very informative and thought provoking, changing my mindset about money.
