People like to complain about everything and I think it is laughable. The staff in the office are always very kind and very transparent. Wishing nothing but the best for this beautiful community and amazing staff.
EDIT - August 2026: ZERO STARS!! BEWARE - Several months after I moved out and paid my last move out balances on BILT, I received a notification from Credit Karma that there's a collections item on my credit report! I called the collections company and all they would say is that it is from Windsor Chastain and how would I like to pay - debit or credit LOL. The total amount in collections was $902.08 which is FUNNY because my checking account statement from April shows that I paid exactly $902.08 via BILT in April. Now I am o... read more
Great location. Leasing staff are helpful and friendly. Maintenance team is responsive.
I’m currently referring this community to a colleague, so I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Honestly, they don’t reflect my experience at all. I’ve lived here for over three years, and I’ve never had issues with roaches or bugs. The pet owners in the community have also been friendly and responsible, which has made living here even more enjoyable.
