I've lived in many different apartment communities and Windsor Chastain is one of the best. My apartment is spacious and the overall community is quiet and safe. Of course, like any large apartment community, there will be some issues from time to time. However, the leasing office does a wonderful job communicating. I wanted to leave a review for the new Manager Sonia. She has gone above and beyond with assisting me. I was feeling a little uneased but she made it her business to handle this situation! Very good management.

We loved the 1 bedroom apartment we were in and the amenities are very nice. However, the rent was very expensive and we paid about $2,000/month after all the fees for about 900 sq ft. We also paid $125 for a moving out cleaning service that was never completed, so wouldn’t recommend using the one they suggest.
