The building hired contractors to pressure wash all unit balconies and there was no option to opt out. We were instructed to remove everything from our patios beforehand, which I did. When I came home from work, I discovered my balcony door had been unlocked, meaning contractors had entered my unit without my knowledge or consent. We were supposed to have received advanced notice before the painting portion as it would require our doors to be open, but this notice was never sent. The maintenance staff — especially Ahmed, Edmondson, and Dwayne — have been incredibly helpful and responsive every time I’ve needed assistance. They’re professional, kind, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly.
