I have used Zak and Karen service for well over ten years and they stand behind the service provided and have even gone to bat with insurance. I love them!!!
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! The owner is a fat, lazy, stupid, red-neck who is a liar! They said they would install some parts I couldn't and overcharged me for service not performed. Then the owner (Zach) had the gall to chew me out for bringing my own part. REALLY? The guy is obviously bi-polar and it's sad because Karen is such a nice person.
