Our dog Leonard is a beagle basset mix and weighs 70 pounds, he has a ear infection and needed to see the doctor. It’s a stressful major ordeal to get him to the vet clinic for all of us especially him because he gets car sick. I enjoyed having CT come to my house. My anxious dog had a much better experience than going to the clinic. They were amazingly patient with him while he got to know them. I highly recommend!!!
Riley, Sally, and Libby just met their new vet. Dr. Guard is fantastic! She explained everything and was very thorough with each exam. Our pets were less stressed since they were in their own home. I am so happy to have found this service. We will be using Chasing Tails for all of our pet needs for the rest of their lives. If your pet gets stressed going to the vet, I highly recommend giving them a call. It is definitely easier on people and animals alike.
The entire Chasing Tails Team is fantastic. We used their in home euthanasia service. As hard as it is to make that tough decision for a loving pet, I can't imagine any other company being able to offer a more respectful and compassionate service as their team. They came to our house at 7pm and were very professional. They gave a clear explanation of the process and what to expect and we were not rushed at all. My husband took our furbabies to another Mobile clinic today, didn't realize they were from San Antonio and not Chasing Tails. BIG MISTAKE! I told my husband when we walked away it was like ok give us you $$, poke your dogs, email the receipt, good luck. I said do we get tags? Oh yeah here! Ummm which one goes with which dog? Oh you can look at your email. Hmmmm ok Thanks. We will not make this mistake again!
