I just had my first experience with Chasing Tails, and it was wonderful. They called me a day before our appointment to make sure they understood what we needed. Today, they arrived at my home and made friends with my timid dog right away. The exam was smooth and stress-free, and they gave me helpful answers to all my questions. Will definitely be inviting the team back again the next time we need a check-up!
I am so lucky that my husband ended up having a lunch meeting today, because I had the GREAT pleasure of getting to see Dr. Marvel & Sharon do what they do best...which is provide the BEST veterinary care I have ever witnessed. Taking two massive Danes to a brick & mortar office would be a logistical nightmare, at best. Chasing Tails people are amazing! I have a 10 year old rescued chow who gets hysterical going to the groomer or the vet for anything, but nail clips are a nightmare. He would alligator roll, pant like crazy and bite. We tried a groomer twice and a vet 3 times and he simply could not let it happen. Wrigley & Rizzo had their first check up this afternoon and we're so grateful for the pleasant, hassle-free experience! My kids also got to see how well taken care of our dogs were and had all their questions answered. There's no comparison...this is definitely the way to go!!
Our family was searching for a new vet on our side of town, and came across this service of “in-Home” vet services! Which is awesome because one of our dogs is handicapped! I called one afternoon to just talk about what problem one of our dogs currently had and it was like talking to an old friend. I do not know what I do if it were not for Chasing Tails! I have been going to their clinics for about 2 years now, and they are absolutely amazing. All three of my dogs adore the love and attention they receive from the staff each time we visit. I recently went to one of their walk-in wellness clinics, and it was so easy and quick! I took my dog to the walk in clinic this morning. I used the wait list app and was seen right on time. I did not feel rushed one bit and they took their time to make sure all of my dogs health concerns were addressed. They treated my dog like their own! And the best part, it was very affordable! I highly recommend Chasing Tails, Dr Beyer and her staff are just wonderful!
