Staff are rude and arrogant; quite unfriendly. Dr. Hunter is extremely arrogant and very condescending. The office space is cramped and uninviting. The selection of frames is limited and the prices are very high. I chose to buy and lenses at another location and got better frames for less plus the lenses were less that half what Dr. Hunter was charging for the exact same prescription, with the exact same material, coatings, and filters.
Staff has always been rude, insurance is rarely filed correctly, glasses may or may not arrive on-time and no ability to get any details when they are late, even many weeks late. I always received great care from Dr. Hunter and thought the staff issues had nothing to do with him but now I know for sure they are specifically because of Dr. Hunter. I always had a good opinion of Dr. Hunter personally until my last visit but now I can no longer in good faith use him in the future nor will I allow any of my family to either.
Staff is new, rude, organized, and unaware of the stress they cause patients who are in need of glasses or contacts. They need customer service training asap.
Great optometrist. He has caught several small issues with our children’s vision and referred us appropriately. He is kind and very professional. Very down to Earth and easy to talk with about my vision. His staff are friendly and the office is clean and very easy to access.
Great Doctor and very thorough during the visit. Unorganized and at times rude staff, insurance processing problems, billing statements were very difficult especially if you have more than one patient in your family. Unanswered phone calls during business hours make it difficult to do business with them or even pay a bill since they don't have online bill pay.
The doctor and his front desk staff were both rude. I will not be ever returning here.
My daughter has worn the same contacts for years. But the doctor did not have samples of her contacts so he changed the brand. The next day her eyes hurt and wanted him to just order the old lens that she has always worn with no problems. His office girl told me that she would have to come in for another Exam and that there would be another charge. I will NEVER go back. It all seems like a big scam to me.
All of my family uses Dr. Hunter. He and his staff are courteous and professional. They are friendly towards adults and children. Sometimes when you and your family move to a new town, you're not as familiar with the area and businesses. It's nice to know we made a good choice with Within Sight!
Very informative. Explained questions I had regarding future cataract surgery. Will return again
