I used Chase roofing a few years ago for a leak on an older roof. They did a great job then. I needed repair after Milton and my new roof company is out of business. I called around because I couldn't remember "Chase roofing" to do the repair. So many roofers are doing big jobs and weren't interested. Then it hit me, call Chase. Within a couple weeks the roof was repaired. Thank you Chase!
I hired Chase Roofing to reframe skylights and remove the rotted wood before reinstalling. They did not do it, I had a roofer on my roof and told me there is rot all around the skylight. I refuse to pay for work that was not done. I informed them numerous times that they just put tar paper on top so inspection would only be based on that. The inspector told me he could not see under what was done or not done. The payment should have been for work that was suppose to be done.
