Didn't show up some days with no notice, some days only had one worker when there were supposed to be two. Got paint on windows and carpeting. The final result was good, but mostly because they brought in another contractor who was devoted to a quality final product and fixed all of the defects up to that point.
Chase Restoration has helped me two different times with my roof. The owner personally came both times, was incredibly knowledgeable, and did an incredible job working with our insurance company. I would hire them to manage any project, residential or commercial.
I was selling my house and during the inspection of my roof it was found that it needed some minor repairs and some shingles replaced after a big wind storm over Easter weekend. Chase Restoration came out and got all the work done quickly. On the day of closing on the sale of my home there was a disagreement between myself and the buyer about what had been agreed upon to be fixed. From the beginning, Chase was responsive and honest with his recommendations and estimate. The team was accountable and replaced roof and gutters on the committed date. And within days of job being completed, I received several compliments on the appearance of the new roof and gutters. Chase followed up to ensure roof and gutters looked good and no leaks.
