I have been working with Chase Realty and Ms. Ashley Martin for approximately 1 year. Ashley has been managing 14 SFR’s in the Dallas suburbs on our behalf. While Ashley performs some of the required management tasks well, she struggles with the accounting and processing rent in a timely manner. She promises that she will process rent payments to the landlord on the 8th of each month – however, in reality, most rent is paid middle of the month.
