She s an expert in the field of real estate, especially property management. if you want a property manager who knows all the rules and regulations as well as taking care of her tenants as well as landlords, she is the one. Genuinely, I almost never write reviews and the ones I have are positive. So here goes... I live here in San Diego and reached out to a property on Trailbrook Ln through Zillow, which come to find out, was listed by Chase Pacific. My household submitted applications on June 26, 2026 before seeing the property and the company told us they wouldn't process until we toured. We toured July 1st. I see that this company already has a low rating, so I hope that I can help lower it even more if it can save people from using them. I wish that I could write a review lower than one star because words cannot describe how incompetent this management company is. Luckily, they no longer manage my property but the year that they did, they were nothing but a headache. They are incredibly unresponsive and I find this completely unprofessional.
