Do not use this company. They do an awful job, they are unprofessional, rude and down right spiteful. I had them manage my multiunit property in South Park for two years, I had nothing but complaints from the tenants, I had to show and eventually rent out 3 of the 5 units on my own because they didn't list the units on any well known sites for rentals.
