Buyer beware! After trying to get a deal done with no success, I asked for my $500.00 deposit back. I provided Ronnie Traversley my banking info so he could return my deposit. He said it could take 24 to 48 hours to go thru, later that day it showed up on my banking website and showed "pending" up until last night. Now nothing is showing as being deposited or pending! Ronnie Traversley is A LIAR and this company has shown dishonest business practices. Next review will be on the Beter business bureau.
They no longer ,get my business. Not another dime!!!!!!
No customer service here. Once they sell something that's it...you're done. Find a reputable dealership to purchase your utv/atv. This is not the place. All they care about is getting your money and move on to the next sale. Forget about them doing what they say they will do. Horrible experience.
I bought a used Polaris RZR900 & Sportsman 500 from Chase within the last year. Both were as good if not better than described on their website. We buy parts from them occasionally and have our atv's serviced there as well. Although I haven't had any problems with either of them, the RZR900 had 2 years remaining on the factory warranty and the Sportsman 500 came with a 30 day warranty with an option to purchase a 1 year or 2 year warranty. Bought a used utility 4 wheeler a few months back to use around my yard and to haul a 15 gallon sprayer to spray weeds. I DO NOT creek ride or go mud hogging in fields etc, I just wanted a 4 wheeler to use around the house and ride the kids around on it. In the 5 months I've owned it, it has been used 12 times.
