Even though I was told I was approved for this vehicle, I received a phone call the following morning stating the vehicle was sold. I ended up buying another vehicle that I was told was in great mechanical condition. I decided to move forward with the purchase, but less than one week later am experiencing mechanical issues with the vehicle. Dealer has not been responsive in the past two days and I'm still waiting for a response.
The salesman was really nice telling about the car and its features.
Salesman was very nice but knew little about the car. Some misrepresentation in their listing of the car online. Car not quite pristine as advertised.
The car was sold before we got there but they sold us a nicer 2008 Mercedes Benz ML350. We were happy and it worked out perfect.

Terrible buying experience! Beware they were very unprofessional and the car we almost bought had issues. 1st attempt when we came to pick the vehicle up there was a huge crack in windshield that wasn't there the day before and an issue with the muffler. We tried later In the month to make a deal on a car but asked to get an inspection and they said it would be ok. They never called back or answered our calls concerning the vehicle after that . As of today, 45 days after purchase refuses to transfer title. They refuse to cooperate despite receiving payment in full. I'm disappointed.
