I've never had anyone rude. They're very nice and talkative. Who ever said they were rude is smoking something.
Not sure why someone wrote they have rude employees, but everyone has been very nice to me! I love that they always have multiple windows open too. The Franklin location doesn't.
I stop here alot. Works just fine, I have no complaints.
They met my low expectations for a national bank.
