Absolutely friendly staff members on duty
Staff is rude. Friend was utilizing banking services. While I waited, I asked to use the restroom. Was told to go to Starbucks. Was not a patron of Starbucks. Was at the bank. This is disappointing
you can access the lobby after-hours, just swipe your card by the door
