I have had really bad experience with this Chase. I waited for about a half an hour once when no one else was waiting. The managers were just sitting around talking to each other! Also, its a good thing that I check my accounts online because I found out that my CD didnt go through. I eventually went to another branch and they fixed it, but I still lost a week on it and the manager said "there was nothing he could do about it..." even though it was a Chase error. Chase really has poor service, so Ive decided to switch banks.
I remained with Chase when they took over Bank One. Mistake!!!! I was too lazy to find a bank I could work with. The people are friendly, but the overall policy of the bank is steal, take , take! I am a senior citizen with a decent retirement and use their direct deposit since 1996. I know they are in the business of making money, but the fees they have charged are unbelievable.
