Great service I just recently switched to Chase & Lunt. I wasn't happy with the service I was getting from my other agent. The customer service rep. at Chase & Lunt sat with me and went over my insurance in great detail. She was able to write my auto and home with the same company and it saved me quite a bit of money.
Personal Attention Created Great Savings I have had my home and auto with Chase and Lunt Insurance for several years now, and I have always been pleased with the amount of care and service I received on my account. However, after a recent move I was amazed at the help I got from the agency and the savings they were able to provide! After moving into a large city, my current carrier's premium was set to skyrocket, but agent at Chase and Lunt took the time to sit down and find me the company that would better fit my needs. Small without Service Unfortunately I found them cumbersome to deal with and decided to switch to a large national company that did everything through a call center and usps. I was hoping to find an in town agent similar to my prior hometown experience, but they were not as easy to deal with as expected. I also felt that they did not work hard enough to get the best premium on my policies.
Flood Insurance Whiz! I live in a home near the ocean, which has been extremely costly to insure over the years. I had my insurance with another local agency who used to have the only option for flood insurance. When I found out that my flood policy would be increasing from $300 annually to almost $2,000 a year due to flood maps changing, I called my agency for help.
