I normally don’t write reviews let alone review them, but after my experience at the Chase House, I couldn’t resist. From the door front to the exit, it was very clean. The staff there were extremely professional and courteous. But what really did it for me was Mrs Pam. She made me feel like I was the most important person & getting me an apartment was her only priority. Thank you so much Mrs Pam, continue to stay blessed while blessing others 🥰
Working with Ms. Pam has been an absolute joy! I’ve been managing the move-in process for my elderly parents, which has been both emotional and overwhelming—but Ms. Pam made it so much easier. She went above and beyond in every way, treating us with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. She made us feel like family and guided us through everything with such grace and compassion. I couldn’t be more grateful—truly a 10/10 experience!
My wife and I Love M. CROXTON!!! What she does and gives us is beyond measures. She is so nice to us and has been there for the residents for the 6 years I've been here. She is always announcing things the gives to residents that are so nice we just recently encountered a unselfish give-a-way that is her normal personality. We the staff too!
I want everybody to know that Ms Pam croxton at the chase house is the best and if you have section 8 contactor best building in the whole system thank you Ms Pam
