Terrible living experience !! IF YOU HAVE ANY BREATHING AILMENTS STAY AWAY!! The place smells of Marijuana on and cigarette smoke a regular basis! ITS SUPPOSE TO BE A SMOKE FREE GOVT APPROVED BUILDING IT IS NOT! I was promised subsidized affordable housing and from the less than 2 weeks into me living there I had issues! THE ELEVATOR DIDNT WORKI 1/2 the time I wad there ( I only lasted a little less than 4 months!! THE WHOLE BUILDING HAS A PROBLEM WITH ROACHES, and freezing wind that transpires in through the front door gaps... read more
Ever since Habitat America has took over the building has gotten terrible 😔.I used to love living here. Now not 🚫 so much 😭. The Internet has been tore out since they took over and they have no idea 💡 when they will have on line to pay rent. Don't let this company take over your building 🏢 you will lose money.
