Disappointed... carefully read the reviews and take them half heartedly. I know there are 3 sides to every story. I decided to check out a rental house managed by C. Furnas in the $675 range in Inman, SC (by no means cheap for the area). The house looked lovely on the outside and in a safe neighborhood. After driving to the office, giving a refundable $20 deposit and being told the property has been cleaned and is ready for show, I made the trip back to Inman. Good service Handle my property very well. Very timely, and easy to work with. Nothing but pleasant experiences with any problems that have came up. Gets unit's filled within a reasonable amount of time.
Horrible Slum Lord Slum Lord. You will not get your deposit back so I would not recommend renting from him. Not trustworthy at all.
Not the best place to find a home My experience is that the houses here cost way more than they should to rent and the management company does not work with you very well. I would try other companies before renting from here.
