Dr Chase is amazing, empathetic and helpful. She is the light at the end of the tunnel. I have had three surgeries and two injections in my left eye and cataract surgery in my right. I had to turn in my driver's license because with my new cataracts I still need to have glasses. She is understanding and she even responded to my email about what vitamin I should take to try and save my retina after business hours. Very impressed with Dr. Sheila Brandow. She was very knowledgable, professional and efficient. I have never had vision problems so I was worried about my changes in vision. She explained with great detail in terms that I understood what my underlying problem with my eyes was. Very impressed with her and this practice. 10/10
I had such a great experience working with Carol. She was so patient trying to look up my insurance to order more contacts. My insurance changed recently and I didn’t have the correct info. I went and shopped around the store while on the phone with VSP. I walked back to the desk, and she helped me right away! Carol is a gem! & they even accepted my FSA debit card that is a Mastercard. Thanks Carol :)
