Mike is great. Ashley is the best! Ive used chase furnas for 3 homes now and they are by far the best to deal with in Spartanburg. Ive worked with a couple other property management places and the difference is night and day. Ashley has been an angel in assisting us with moving in and quick responses when information is needed. If possible please do not rent from these people. It was a living hell dealing with Chase Furnas.. These people are rude lied and came in my unit without my permission cause stress and anxiety to and will be dealt with accordingly.When they did have permission they didn’t show up at all. I had to call and he came up with an excuse that didn’t make any sense. They kept all my deposit without any explanation or notice.
I heard mixed reviews but my own experience that made me not even bother was Ashley. She is very disrespectful and rude. 1st off the online app is complicated. 2nd when I went to pay the app fee in cash, Ashley told me that my income did not equal up to rent over $1000 which is inaccurate bc I pay over $1300 current. I was in their parking lot otp with her bringing my money for the application fee and all my income. I just left bc if it's difficult in the application stage it will be difficult as a tenant.
I rented from this company over 6 years Customer service plummeted downhill after Ms. Terri left the office. Ashely the property manager is extremely rude, nonchalant, and unprofessional! It’s important to always treat others with the same respect we like to receive. Simply because whatever we put out into the universe ALWAYS comes back to us!
