Rude ladies who answers the phone, was asking simple questions just to get rude answers. Super rude and definitely won’t be renting with them ! When miss teri was there it was completely different
So far my experience has been great! Emails were answered promptly. I’ve called multiple times with questions and every experience was great. I almost let the negative reviews deter me from reaching out but I am so happy that I did. Very friendly staff

Mike is great. Ashley is the best! Ive used chase furnas for 3 homes now and they are by far the best to deal with in Spartanburg. Ive worked with a couple other property management places and the difference is night and day. Ashley has been an angel in assisting us with moving in and quick responses when information is needed. She even did some leg work with the homeowners to get the deal done smoothly and quickly. They dont hassle you with hidden bills or calls. If possible please do not rent from these people. It was a living hell dealing with Chase Furnas.. These people are rude lied and came in my unit without my permission cause stress and anxiety to and will be dealt with accordingly.When they did have permission they didn’t show up at all. I had to call and he came up with an excuse that didn’t make any sense. They kept all my deposit without any explanation or notice.
