The property manager basically "threatened" to tell my current property management company that I inquired about moving because I was unhappy with my rental then told me she would check on the status of my repairs of my current home because I "cant just move because things aren't being fixed". VERY Inappropriate behavior and they interrogated me through email. This company is constantly being rude to people and denying people based on race, age, etc. Even if you meet the criteria provided.
I rented from Chase Furnas & Co for 5 years and had a great experience! If I had a questions, I was able to contact the office via phone, text, or email and the staff was happy to answer them. When I had a maintenance request, I easily submitted the request via their app and it was addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Chase Furnas property management to anyone in the Spartanburg/Greenville area.
These are slumlords, I honestly do not understand how they are still in business or have not been drastically sued for discrimination. They will lie and gaslight their tenants into squeezing more and more money out of them. Do not rent from them or you will regret it. Glad I got out when I did. Look at the reviews, many are complaining about hazardous and unsafe living situations such as mold or holes in the ceiling. And their maintenance does not fix anything. RENTER BEWARE!!
My experience with Chase E Furnas was great. They were quick to fix any repairs I had. The space I stayed at was completely refurbished and clean. Overall very professional company. Casey is amazing!
I really can’t say anything about anyone’s opinion from renting from Chase.My experience was great and I enjoyed renting from them.Every time I need something fixed it was fixed right away like my A/C went out during the summer and it was fixed the next morning with a new unit. Kindness goes a long way if you respect them and pay your rent as agreed. I got to know Mike and Amber and they were great.If you leave the property in great shape you should not have any reason not to get your deposit back. I got mine.....
