RecommendedFriendly atmosphere with excellent service. Food and drinks were quite good.
Service was great. But very disappointed with the food. Adding steak to a salad was disappointing as they don’t cook a steak and cut it. It’s pre-made so you can’t cook to preferred temp. Dinner didn’t seem like it was made. More like it was thawed. The burgers we had came dry with no offer of condiments on patties that were def not made on site. For price point and location I expected prepared food. But to end on a positive note our server was great and very attentive. Great selections of bourbons and drinks overall.

We checked into hotel and was told live music down by the pool! The band was great and the food was really good. It is just a great atmosphere with outdoor fireplace and fire pits and a beautiful pool!
Awful service tonight (Friday, 9/4/2020). We understand they are probably short-staffed but: the burger took about 30 minutes to get to our table; the said burger did not have mayo, which is the only condiment we ordered for the burger; the fries did not taste fresh; waitress did not check if we needed another round of drinks (we only had one round); no napkins for our drinks - I guess they just assumed we can wipe our hands on our clothes or the table or any object within reach; I had to ask the bartender for an extra set o... read more
Had a great time it made up for the disappointing experience at the Tenderloin Room. I highly recommend the Chase Club.
Classy, Cozy, and Chic...the Chase Club
loved Top of the World band on Sat. night. The music was great and made you want to dance. We stayed a couple hours and was surprised their sets were so long. loved them
