I have always experienced friendly, caring service at this location! We are grateful!!
Alicia is the rudest banker at this chase location. She struggles with listening to the customers, she's rude and snappy. Also when my mother and I were leaving the establishment she began talking about us immediately. If you are recommended to go to her, I suggest you wait for a better banker.
Shannon helped us with an issue we had that the customer service line could not. She kindly spent a good amount of time with us, and shared a wealth of information. It felt like we were getting advice from a friend.
