I had a very disappointing experience with the short black guy. The employee who assisted me was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to do his job. I asked to deposit a large lump sum of money directly at the counter, but instead of assisting me, he simply pointed me to the ATM. I was clear about what I needed, and it should have been handled properly by a teller. Overall, the service felt lazy and dismissive, and I left frustrated.
I came in to make a wife transfer, I was told I could do the transfer from my phone. They didn’t even look up what type of account I had to be sure I was able to do it from my phone with the account I have. I ended up calling over the phone and they proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t do the type of transfer over the phone and that I would have to go BACK to the branch to do the wire transfer, the bank was closed by the time I got off the phone👎🏽 If you go to the desk to deposit ANYTHING they will direct you to the ATM wh... read more
