They can't be bothered to pick up the phone
Between the two Chase Banks you have the choice of in downtown, I'd say this one is the best for quick transactions. They have the most kiosks and the shortest lines consistently. Every time I've gone it's very quiet and I always get out within an hour. That being said, like most Chase locations these days, don't expect them to be able to help you with any of the cool stuff.
