If I could give zero stars I would. Every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this branch these workers are very inept, incapable, incompetent, not useful, not helpful, and is always an EXCUSE as to why they cannot help. I want to share my appreciation for Sterling Sanders at the Chase branch on Hwy 280. In the middle of dealing with a sudden fraud issue, I walked into the branch anxious and overwhelmed. They won't answer the phone during business hours.
I was traveling through Alabama and needed notary services. As a Chase customer, I knew this was available at branches when a notary is working. I called and spoke with Jordan this morning and even though it didn’t work for me today, he was extremely professional and helpful and I appreciated his time and service.
