Every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this branch these workers are very inept, incapable, incompetent, not useful, not helpful, and is always an EXCUSE as to why they cannot help. I want to share my appreciation for Sterling Sanders at the Chase branch on Hwy 280. In the middle of dealing with a sudden fraud issue, I walked into the branch anxious and overwhelmed.
