I went in to open an account and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing\. The staff was rude and made me feel unwelcome from the beginning\. I was told that opening an account would take an hour or more, which was surprising, especially since I was simply trying to become a new customer\. If I could give zero stars I would. Every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this branch these workers are very inept, incapable, incompetent, not useful, not helpful, and is always an EXCUSE as to why they cannot help. I regret banking with Chase. It’s pointless to ask for help or for them to know how to do their jobs. And it’s ONLY this location.
