I was traveling through Alabama and needed notary services. As a Chase customer, I knew this was available at branches when a notary is working. I called and spoke with Jordan this morning and even though it didn’t work for me today, he was extremely professional and helpful and I appreciated his time and service.
My visit was so pleasant. I didn’t have to open my door, I was offered coffee or water, AND my appointment started exactly on time. I had the pleasure of working with William. He was VERY kind and knowledgeable. Overall 5 star experience!
