Good folks like most of call in TN
Just went to do deposit in my personal account. Nobody was in queue. So, I went to do deposit but she said like someone is first and she was waiting for them. I was waiting more than 2 minutes after she called but done the deposit process. Such a ridiculous customer service by her.
Devante was without a doubt the best representative I’ve ever had in any sales or customer service setting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Walk in and wonder if it's actually a bank since there wasn't a visible teller window. Was assisted by a greeter. Then there was no assistance. With two very simple tasks, neither were addressed. Basically got a, "No, we're not going to help you today" response on both tasks. I, unfortunately, had to deal with Chase for one of the issues. I went to the Mallory Lane branch and received exceptional help there. But for this branch, I plan to never walk into it again.
