The Branch Manager, Cassandra Paige, sets the example of how customer service should be executed across a team. I honestly thought great customer service was a thing of the past until I walked into this Chase branch. I was greeted right away by the kindest manager, Cassandra, and felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. The banker I was scheduled to meet was running a little behind, so I had some time to sit and watch Cassandra in action and wow, what a gem.
