ATM is not available at any time other than business hours despite what their website and other reviews site. The employees will stand there in the lobby and stare at you waiting for them to open the door for the ATM for an hour, staring at you, call the branch, staring at you pointing at the ATM acting like you don’t exist. Opening a business account with Chase bank is a joke. Every one is nonresponsive and they close your account with out notice only 3 days after opening it. I drove 10 hours to open this account given my partners location at the time and feasibility for him only to have the account closed 3 days after opening it. Calling the Chase 800 is another hysterical matter, NO ONE there seems to know what they're doing. I generally do not take the time to do reviews, but I’m gonna make an exception this time. I went yesterday at around two something in the afternoon to get a notary to sign something. The manager says I have two notaries one was at lunch and the other wont be available for an hour and a half, the one at lunch won’t be back for at least 30 minutes.
