The atm would not even register that I put a check into the check slot, I literally had to dig the check out of the check slot with my keys.
Yesterday I had the wonderful experience visiting the Chase Bank at 13175 Mindinao Way with Mr. Emerson Jacinto, the branch manager. The security guard opened the doors for me which was really nice. Then Emerson greeted me in the friendliest and welcoming way. I told him what I needed and he promptly proceeded to assist me at the teller window.
