Yesterday I had the wonderful experience visiting the Chase Bank at 13175 Mindinao Way with Mr. Emerson Jacinto, the branch manager. The security guard opened the doors for me which was really nice. Then Emerson greeted me in the friendliest and welcoming way. I told him what I needed and he promptly proceeded to assist me at the teller window. Very friendly service, love the service
I came to Chase for notary services as a client, expecting to use the service included with my account. However, I was rejected because their notary's license had expired. This isn't my responsibility to fix, and I'm very disappointed. Now I have to go to UPS and pay out of pocket for something that should have been provided.
Not helpful. I went into the bank to open a checking and savings account and I was told after waiting for 30 minutes. That it would be faster if I just go on my phone and open the account on my own. I asked to make an appointment, I asked a couple of questions in regards to different accounts and she said go online and read what they have to say about the different accounts.
