I tried to open up a chase checkings account for the 2nd time and they’re always busy. The Asian guy is not welcoming at all and is very rude. He makes it seem like he hates his job. When I came in he just laughed at me. I told the other banker that I was just there days ago and the Asian guy interrupted and said “It has been a week” Like ok even if it has been months so what? I had a notary scheduled today and the person (Derek) was very rude and unprofessional, he declined to sign our document but instead of explaining why he decided to mockingly stated “that’s my job on the line” in a “ you people got nothing to lose here” tone which was uncalled for. We had dealt with plenty of employees there that are very nice and professional this was first for us prompting us to storm out of the bank and looking elsewhere for a notary who btw signed and notarized our documents and attached the California a... read more
