Loved my experience at this branch! Krystal Coleman was awesome and so sweet. I recently opened an acct here. She took her time to explain all of my options and was so thorough I was pleasantly surprised. Banking isn't always the funnest thing to do but she made it such a breeze. It was great!
Went in to open a business account and observed more than 7 employees doing nothing. I sat in the chairs for at least 10 minutes before someone approached me. Then another 5 waiting with two kids. Trying to figure out why opening accounts is not a priority for a bank like chase? We just walked out. If you don’t enjoy your jobs please quit!
I recently opened an account at this branch. Maria Kotlar was the young woman who assisted me. I could sense that she was not feeling very well, with either a pretty nasty cold or severe allergy attack,whatever, Maria carried on with upmost professional and patiece as my account involved a complicated issue involving a beneficiary matter which turned out to be much longer than just opening up a regular account.
