Do not recommend. This branch will not take cash deposits. Not listed as such on the door or in the Chase app branch location info. You must use the ATM to deposit cash, which is completely useless for a business where employees take deposits and are not a signer on the account so they do not have an ATM card. Chase is falling off a cliff in regards to customer service and accessibility.
Atm machine took my money, $2,400 and didn’t even give me the credit. It gave me a error and that was it. When inside and they couldn’t help me, told me to the 800 #. I deposited the money for a reason, now there telling me it takes a week to look into it. Wth.
Worst bank with horrible customer service. I don't get why they are so disdainful to their lifetime customers?
Unhelpful staff + Waste of time. I came here to take out cash. I asked the woman if I could get cash out of my account, she said I had to set up my debit and my digital wallet and then use the ATM. Did that, I got cash out but it was the wrong bill so I tried to ask the woman for change, said she couldn't help and that I needed to use the ATM.
