My first impression of this branch wasn't great but Tony Grant completely turned that around. He helped me open a new account and get set up with a new credit card, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Tony is genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually listen to what I needed. He's the kind of person who reminds you that good customer service still exists. If you're heading into this Chase branch, ask for Tony you won't be disappointed.
I had a very frustrating experience at this Chase branch. The location was nearly empty, yet I still had to wait about 10 minutes just to deposit two checks into my business account. The branch appeared to be understaffed, which slowed everything down unnecessarily. On top of that, after waiting, I was told I could not use the restroom because it’s “not for public use,” which is disappointing considering I’m an account holder and had already been kept waiting. Do not recommend. This branch will not take cash deposits. Not listed as such on the door or in the Chase app branch location info. You must use the ATM to deposit cash, which is completely useless for a business where employees take deposits and are not a signer on the account so they do not have an ATM card. Chase is falling off a cliff in regards to customer service and accessibility.
Atm machine took my money, $2,400 and didn’t even give me the credit. It gave me a error and that was it. When inside and they couldn’t help me, told me to the 800 #. I deposited the money for a reason, now there telling me it takes a week to look into it. Wth.
Worst bank with horrible customer service. I don't get why they are so disdainful to their lifetime customers?
