Unhelpful staff + Waste of time. I came here to take out cash. I asked the woman if I could get cash out of my account, she said I had to set up my debit and my digital wallet and then use the ATM. Did that, I got cash out but it was the wrong bill so I tried to ask the woman for change, said she couldn't help and that I needed to use the ATM. When I tried again it was blocked and said I needed to call chase. After 10 minutes on the phone with Chase they said the ATM was broken and I needed to talk to someone at the bank. I ... read more
What is the purpose of having a bank location that doesn't do any teller activity?! Especially with so many branches that have reduced hours or shut down, this seems really dumb.
