Jennifer is a wonderful personal banker. She answers all our questions and gives information on our accounts that we have not thought about.
This location is far less convenient than the location you closed on Roosevelt rd and County Farm! I realize it may get more customer traffic being right across from the hospital, but for others who are not hospital employees it can be highly inconvenient having to drive the extra distance through town traffic and wrestling with freight trains when they are blocking traffic flow! I have been a customer of Chase Bank for at least 35 years. I live in Ohio, and while traveling for a family party, I stopped in this location for a $50 bill for a gift. I went the ATM inside, but it did not have a choice for a $50 bill so I cancelled the transaction. I waited in line for several minutes for a teller. The transaction seemed completed as she was putting the $50 bill in an envelope for me, and at that time their computers lost connection.
