We went into this branch to open up a business checking out and our visit was great. Liz, Alex & Eric are all wonderful and attentive. We were able to get all the information we needed, get our account set up, mobile banking activated and also approved for our first business credit card! I've banked here at brenham chase fir a long time, they are very helpful when you need them, yes they answer the phone, best bunch of people you could ask for, just a great bank for your money
After seeing so many negative reviews I was hesitant to visit this location in person, but I went because we had a large check to deposit that couldn't be done through the app. I have to say, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, and had a great experience. It was easy to find, there was plenty of parking (many with shade), the building was very nice inside and outside, and the British banker woman was very friendly to me and my 3 year old daughter.
