I had two meetings with Penelope Wehbe, who proved to be disturbed and unhinged. Despite her claim of 25 years of experience, the encounters quickly deteriorated. Her limited command of English made it difficult to understand her, and she also mishandled my paperwork, wasting over an hour in the process.
