I’m a Chase customer of course. The Chase app is hands down the best. Complaint: I needed to send a fax to SSA, they deposit funds in my Chase account. But the guy in the lobby refused to help. That was nickel and dime lousy. Next time they ask me to become a Private Client I’ll cite this petty incident that could have saved me some time if the guy had had the sense to be helpful.
