Every employee I’ve interacted with at this branch is great, except for the branch manager. I agree with the other reviewers. Unfortunately yells at customers and employees in front of one another and talks super disrespectfully and condescendingly. I called Chase and put in a formal complaint about her (Courtney) because I feel so bad for the employees working there that have to deal with it. If it wasn’t so close to my house I’d never go back. Treating people with respect shouldn’t be that difficult.
Excellent service, especially for small businesses!! I greatly appreciate that they are located right in the neighborhood and I can always literally run over with all of my banking needs. Wait times are quick. Thank you Lake and Matin and the wonderful tellers at this branch. This Chase in Bird Rock feels like a real community bank.
Nice and helpful people but they had a fish in a tiny fishbowl on the counter which was the most depressing thing I've ever seen. Animal cruelty. Luckily it died to get out of its misery.
Maybe you guys have good experience with this branch but I visited 3 times and I don’t like the manager attitude at all. I can’t share more details but anyhow that’s how I feel about this branch.
