Great Customer service This bank branch is top notch. They are always quick and attentive. Never had a bad experience when processing checks or sending wires for my business and personal account. I really wish all bankers I deal with are all this nice. I miss this branch now that I've moved back to LA.
Washington Mutual I'm not actually a member of this bank, but quite a few of my friends are. Really friendly in customer service and good rates. Packages are reasonable overall.
Bank I really like WAMU. I think that they are very friendly to customers and they are very quick with the services. I also like free checking since most banks do not offer it i think.
Excellent Service The tellers are wonderful. They are quick, helpful, and actually seem to care about you as a person rather than just your account. It is truly the home of the free checking. Fast and convenient, even open on Saturday. Sometimes a longer line during lunchtime but the wait isn't too long. Absolutely wonderful service.
