I came into the North Richland Hills Chase branch to try to finalize what was needed to be added as Power of Attorney for my 81-year-old father’s account. Instead of even attempting to be helpful, the staff were rude, dismissive, and hid behind policy as an excuse to do nothing. Yes, I understand they can’t discuss my father’s account details with me if I’m not currently listed as POA. That was not the issue.
