This review is for Dane Farguson. Having had a prior experience at another Chase branch where I was presented with inaccurate information, I made an appointment here instead and got very lucky. So grateful because Dane knows the requirements of the POA and if he wasn’t sure he immediately called for legal resource support. He processed everything timely and when a tech issue came up on scanning the document I needed to sign, he even told me he would work through lunch because he was going on vacation the next day. Looking for some mediocre customer service from the top management of the Chase branch, EVEN if you're a CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT? Come to this location... or the one in Del Mar Highlands... just as bad. 1. First, I'd like to say that the tellers at the branch are VERY nice, super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
