This review is for Dane Farguson. Having had a prior experience at another Chase branch where I was presented with inaccurate information, I made an appointment here instead and got very lucky. So grateful because Dane knows the requirements of the POA and if he wasn’t sure he immediately called for legal resource support. He processed everything timely and when a tech issue came up on scanning the document I needed to sign, he even told me he would work through lunch because he was going on vacation the next day.
