Looking for some mediocre customer service from the top management of the Chase branch, EVEN if you're a CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT? Come to this location... or the one in Del Mar Highlands... just as bad. 1. First, I'd like to say that the tellers at the branch are VERY nice, super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Desiree was so nice and very professional we had some small talk I told her that I was helping out at the Jewish Olympics across. The freeway ... Well I was so tirerd she lifted me up. Great job Chase she is Amazing five stars
Racial profiling Enough is enough!! No more this branch. Both employees and Manger on duty racial profile you. I had a wire transfer in. Funds were available but they would not release them. Giving non-sense excuse. Asked me to come back the next day. I went to the Sorrento valley branch the right way. They said, funds are available and wire transfer funds are instant.
