Staff - wonderful. Corporate - garbage.
"I've been with this bank for a while, and while the staff inside are friendly and helpful during bank hours, I’m beyond frustrated with the outside ATM. It’s almost never working, and as someone who works during banking hours, I rely on after-hours access to make deposits. Having an ATM that’s frequently out of order makes managing my money incredibly inconvenient. I hope they take steps to keep this essential service up and running more consistently."
Came in to use atm. 2 out of 3 weren’t working and I was talking to my kids when the branch manager thought eves dropping and decided to comment that the third atm wasn’t working. It was working and if you’re a branch manager you should learn to deal with the costumer in front of you instead of trying to eves drop on the person who is using an atm. What did we learn today if your going to eves drop make sure you know what your talking about. Pathetic really
ATMs are out of order or cash about 50% of the time. Whoever is in charge of that responsibility at this branch is terrible at their job.
