Really nice staff, For us taken care of quickly!
I have never reviewed a bank before and I want to say wow! What a pleasant experience. We needed to have paperwork notarized for my husband who has aphasia from a stroke and has to take his time. Eddie was so professional, patient and pleasant through the whole experience making sure all was done correctly. I would definitely recommend this branch. The receptionist was also gracious . In my years of banking I have never been treated so nicely, even my normally grouchy husband agreed.
Terrible delay only one teller and working drive thru and the line as if their understaffed & over worked do better chase I’m going to Belco
Hasan was great. He helped me set up a business account and a new credit card. Made sure I got the right accounts for my lifestyle. Appreciate the time and effort.
I've never been treated by such an unprofessional, incompetent, and rude bank employee, however, Chelsea Wilson checks all those traits. She refused to help us with no understanding or empathy of the rights of those with dementia. To top it all off, they required my father with severe dementia to come into the branch and change his telephone number, even with a power of attorney and a letter from doctor with diagnosis. He would also be required to do this with computers, which he could never do. This sickens me to the bone! ... read more
