I visited to create my checking account. The conditions and process were too complicated.. Furthermore the woman I met was very unkind and could not be helpful. I opened my new account at the Bank of Hope instead. They are very kind and nice contrary to this chase. My family will not keep their chase account anymore.

If you feel like your bank doesn't really care for you or even acknowledges you and your business, just give Joe a try, his dedication to you being able to have your Business Banking work and work for you, is the best I've come across in my 30 years of operation.
I never thought I’d be giving five stars to a bank but this branch deserves it. An extremely responsive Branch Manager went above and beyond to help us solve some issues on our accounts and the teller is always very friendly. Their patience and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you.
Made appointment for setting up a joint checking account with Bernadette Pham but she keeps calling regarding the appointment. She called too many times to adjust the time for appointment which is more beneficial to her time versus my time. Not happy at all the way I was treated on the telephone. Her tone of voice was also rude and not respectful! This interaction doesn’t give me confidence for this bank. It should be renamed to the Chasing customers away Bank!
