Chase Banks are The WORST banks I've Ever dealt with and hope Not to Anymore Soon. Their Practices are Questionable and Embarrassing! When I'm Mother's DPOA and They Have It and Fifth Degree My Mom And I, I'm So Sick of Chase. Lousy Customer Service too! The mgr threatened to call the police and I WANTED her to! When they TRY and Stop Mom From Taking Out HER Own Money out on HER Account. That's it! BEWARE of Chase. I think they could be held Legally Accountable? Chase is HORRIBLE!
Chase Banks are the WORST Banks to deal with. Their Practices are Very Questionable and when I raise my voice because they're giving Mother and I the Fifth Degree to Withdraw her Social Security and threatened to call the Police, I Wanted that LOUSY bank mgr. To Call! BEWARE of Chase Bank! I Can't Wait to CLOSE that Account and be DONE with Chase. HORRIBLE Customer Service and a HORRIBLE Bank to deal with. They had better hope Mother doesn't pass because Chase Should be Sued. And I'd Love to Hold them Legally Accountable.

There are some friendly tellers however the branch cares none about your business and time. Have been trying for months to get an appointment to set up some new accounts and finally was able to get an appt. Was punctual (a few minutes early) and waited 45 minutes, still not being helped. We ended up having to leave with other commitments. Super disappointed considering the amount of business we already give chase. I think we will look for a new home for our family to bank at.
