When a bank employee calls you and ask's for a return call with the bank's phone number it would be nice if they ever answered their phones! Called back 5 times. It was never answered and switched over a call center after 5 rings. All I ever got was some poor guy in a call center in Mumbai, India who could not help me. All I wanna say is thank you to "Izade" chases employee on spreckles ave. She was so helpful to me and 5 other customers at the same time, I walked in to to get a account with chase on West center Street originally and the Manger in a suite told me we aren't doin accounts today there's a 2pm and a 4pm appointment and after that we aren't doin anymore, so I said ok no worries I'll go somewhere else, so I did and went to spreckels location and "Izade" told me they don't have anyone to help with that BUT you can do it thru your... read more
They are so rude here. They never answer their phone so you have to go in and then when you ask them questions they have no answers or they treat you like you’re dumb. I won’t be coming to this location any longer. I’m actually considering switching all my accounts to another bank. Chase has to realize these are the people on your frontlines and at this point chase doesn’t offer enough incentive to make dealing with the lack of customer Service worth it.
