Teller here tried to lie about a policy that I know didn’t exist. Went to the chase on center and had no issues with my request. Security guard seemed friendly.
Today i visited in chase bank for opening a new account but the lady who attended us her behavior was not so good.When i asked her about opening new account she didn’t reply good. She looked upon us like we are coming from another planet.
Learn to treat people with respect. The fact someone doesn't speak english doesn't give you the right to show them your attitude. Keep it in yourself
When a bank employee calls you and ask's for a return call with the bank's phone number it would be nice if they ever answered their phones! Called back 5 times. It was never answered and switched over a call center after 5 rings. All I ever got was some poor guy in a call center in Mumbai, India who could not help me. I finally was forced to drive down there to see what they wanted.
