DON’T BANK HERE. 0 STARS. I worked with a couple of this banks “relationship bankers” and they were nothing but terrible. They lie, they don’t respond, they take your money, they close accounts without notifying you, they act like they’re too busy, and they simply DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. Oh, they also don’t apologize or take credit for their mishaps. A garbage organization at the least.

I had a large sum of money that I wanted to invest with JPMorgan/Chase, but Alejandra, Ernesto, and Ricky Martiez, the joke manager of this branch were so immature, I had to close it 1 day after I opened it. They made a mistake by telling me I would get $2000 for opening CDs, but the CDs were not eligible. So they actually hit me with the fee for closing CDs early once they realized their mistake. And the low rating continues. My issue is with chase in general. I have several credit cards with this institution. As i attempt to cash a small check a client issued me they asked if I had an account. I replied I have several accounts ( credit card accounts ) “ unfortunately sir this doesn’t count as an account, the fee will be 10$ , oookayy .. so what are my other accounts for.
