What to start of saying, our teller Karen was just AMAZING and is such a doll! She was super helpful and kind during it all. It would have been 4 stars if one of the other tellers didn't say out loud, how much we were depositing in a while close to a line of people. Again karen was amazing and made the process easy and fun. 10/10 reccomend her

Opened a business account two months ago. Ordered the card several times, but it’s not getting delivered. I get all the other mails from chase, but not the card…The worst bank that I’ve ever used…
Much like others have mentioned before, my encounters at this establishment have resulted in the most disappointing customer service. Despite visiting multiple times, the staff proved to be unhelpful and unaccommodating. On one occasion, I arrived ten minutes late due to heavy snowfall, yet the staff showed no empathy and insisted on rescheduling my appointment without any consideration. The Wells Fargo branch on Colorado Blvd, on the other hand, have been far more accommodating to even walk-ins!
