chase bank removed there drive thru atm with out telling customers now it’s makes it much more inconvenient unfortunately we hope they fix this soon

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is very inconvenient to have to wait outside in the cold to have to use the ATM . I don't know who's smart idea was to take the drive through ATM. I think I could speak for everyone but we would greatly appreciate it if we didn't have to stand in line in the COLD to get our money!!!!
Let's take a bank that's always busy, remove all teller windows, and plop in a single ATM machine inside. Inconvenient, pointless. If I wanted to use the ATM I'd use the TWO other ones outside! You've lost my business here.
