Jenny is fantastic!! The fact that she isn’t running that bank by now blows my mind. She knows customers by name and greets them as soon as they walk in. She is always there before anyone else. Managers included. She is polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable.
6-8-24 Jenny was not so nice today. Beechgrove bank is the bank I use since I reside in Bg. I went in to withdrawal my funds and she told me I couldn't for no other apparent reason other than she was discriminating towards me asked me why I need my money. Jenny was asking a lot of personal questions about why I need my money and who i work for, when it was available for withdrawal. She told me I could not get my withdrawal and to use an ATM.
