This is the worst chase to work with. Every chase will deposit a personal check to a business as long as you are on both. The manager was not helpful and the rep can barely speak English. Drive to the Washington branch they are more professional and will actually deposit checks.
Eddy at Chase on Sunset went above and beyond my expectations! In addition to handling by banking issues efficiently, Eddy was friendly and personable! Rarely have I l encountered a young person who seemed to enjoy his job and had a sincere desire to make customers feel welcome and valued. Everyone in this branch is always friendly and helpful! The managers are to be commended for selecting great employees and encouraging a positive working environment.

My experience with this branch has been horrible. Tried to deposit some coins into my account. The manager said we can’t do that, they have to be in rolls. Went across the street to Mountain America where they happily allowed the deposit. Then asked to withdraw some money from my account—said I could not do that without picture I D (even though I had multiple ways to verify my identity). The manager was completely unhelpful.
